If you are buying (or simply browsing!) you can search our database of homes for sale. If you are interested in a house for sale, then simply contact the seller directly. We do not get involved in any way with the sale itself, we simply bring buyers and sellers together. Our listings are the freshest on the internet. We contact our sellers on a regular basis to confirm that the property is still for sale.
Our service is aimed at the USA only. Our primary target is the FSBO (For Sale By Owner) market but anyone representing an owner is welcome to list here.
Sell your house for free
To sell your house, visit our home page (or click on the "List your house for sale" link above) and enter a username and password of your own choosing . We do not ask you to register or sign up to email lists, we simply let you list your house for sale, quickly, easily and for free! We will not try to sell you anything!
You will be taken to a screen where you can enter all the details about your house, and your contact information. You can include a full description, six pictures and six movie clips. The service is entirely free. There is no catch. Even if you are using an agent or other service to sell your house, you can still advertise it here for free, just enter their contact details if you prefer.
Fill out the form
Just fill in all the relevant boxes in the listing form, then hit the submit button. Please enter as much information as possible, this will help your listing get picked up when a buyer searches our site. The only thing we insist on is that you include a price! Please also try to include a picture, it makes such a difference to your listing, as they say: "A picture paints a thousand words!"
Pictures
Try to keep your picture sizes as small as possible. This usually means that the smaller the picture is physically, then the less memory it uses. A smaller picture can be transferred more quickly, which will help you when you are uploading your listing, but more importantly, it means that the picture will download quicker when a buyer clicks on your listing.
If you are scanning your picture from a photograph, then you can normally adjust the settings of your scanner (resolution etc) which will allow you to make the image smaller. If you have a digital picture, for example from a digital camera, then there is a variety of software available which will allow you to adjust the size of the image. Usually the software for your camera will have some sort of image-manipulation facility which you can use or you can set it to take small pictures which are ideal for the web.

You're done!
When you have submitted your listing, it will appear on our website straight away. There is no limit to how long we will display your listing. It's there as long as you want it to be (see the note below about listing renewal)!
Maps
We carry a direct link to a map of your address so that visitors can see where your house is. This is done automatically, and is based on you entering your Zip code. This is one of the reasons why it is a good idea to include as much information as possible in your listing.
Editing your listing
To edit your listing, log in from the "Login" link at the top of the page. Enter your username and password. You will then be taken to a screen where you can make changes to your listing. You can access this area at any time, and as often as you wish. You can change any of the information that you submitted, or change your picture(s) or video clip(s). You can also delete your listing from here.
If you have forgotten your username and password, you can request them from the login page.
If you make a change to your listing, this will show up when a buyer views it. There is a listing date on your listing which is updated when you make any changes. It may be useful to make a change to your listing in order to show a recent date on it. This shows the buyer that your listing is fresh and current.
Listing renewal
Your listing will be automatically deleted after 28 days unless you renew it. You can renew it by clicking on the link in the renewal email that you will get from us when the listing reaches 21 days, or you can edit your listing which automatically renews it.

Please use the "Contact" link at the top of the page to contact us.
If you have a query about your listing, please quote your listing ID. You can see this on the top of the form when you log in as an existing user, or at the bottom of the listing itself.
