Side column text link (listing pages): $16 - $29 per month depending on duration
The side column text links are displayed at the top of the right-hand side column on the listing pages only. The listing pages combined, get twice as many views as the homepage. See a screenshot of the link placement on a listing page. The anchor text is in bold plus you can add one line of descriptive text (link text) which is shown below the anchor text. The links are well spaced out to be more noticable. There are no other ads in the column, just the links. The links are always displayed at the top of the column and are not rotated, your link will be shown every time. The links are displayed in a random order, which gives everyone a chance to come top of the list. The maximum number of links shown here is ten. The anchor text and link text is no longer than 25 characters (including spaces).
Established site
This site has been online since 2002. My visitors include home buyers and sellers. The sellers are mainly FSBO (For Sale By Owner).
Good traffic
All traffic is organic, I have never used meaningless traffic programs. The most recent stats at the time of writing (August 2nd 2008) show an average of 204 visits and 966 page views per day. The traffic is all good quality, coming from bookmarks, direct look-ups, search engines and ads.
Advertised on Google
This site is advertised on Google through their AdWords program. My ad gets shown to people in the US searching for "homes for sale by owner".
Listed on major search engines
This site is listed on all the major search engines, Google, MSN, Yahoo etc. It is listed in the Yahoo directory. It's been listed on them since it went live. It has never been a problem getting listed but to be certain I have a Google sitemap for the site.

Link URL
For those who don't know. The link URL is the web address of the page or website that you would like your link to "point" to. URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. You don't have to have your own domain name, you can enter the address for any page you wish. The address for links here is restricted to 200 characters, which should be more than enough! Don't just enter the name of your page, enter the full web address like http://example.com or http://www.example.com/users/username/ or http://example.com/mypage.html etc.
Anchor text
For those who don't know. Anchor text is the text that you see in a link, normally underlined. This is what is displayed on the screen. Anchor text is very important for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes because it gives search engine robots a pretty good idea about what's on the page it links to. If you sell yard signs, make it something like "Yard Signs".
Link text
This is the line of descriptive text that appears below the anchor text in the side column text links. It is restricted to 25 characters in length.
Acceptable links
Links must be real estate related. Links for sites offering a similar service/product to me are perfectly welcome! If you're not sure about anything, please feel free to contact me before making your payment.
Payment
You can pay by PayPal or credit card. Either way, hit the PayPal "BUY NOW" button when prompted to make your purchase.
Pro rata
For the purpose of these links, one month is 31 days. The days will count from the day you make your payment. So if you make a payment today for three months your link will be displayed for 93 days from today. The months purchased are not pro rata. In other words, if you take out a link for three months, then one month later give up the site and want to remove the link, you will not get a refund of two months advertising. You won't get any refund. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this (I don't bite customers!).
